#Review:
I think this is honestly the darkest book I’ve ever read and loved. Our story starts as Fredrick is with his first victim. The scene is very detailed. I was very much looking forward to seeing farther into his mind, but oh nooooooo. That’s not our story. Next we see Fredrick hunting his next victim.
The scene seems to be repeating from the prior chapter, but nope our hunter quickly becomes our prey and we learn that this is actually Faith’s story.
Holy freaking hell. What did I just read? I received this book as a gift and was hesitant to start it to be honest.
Well, let me just say that I was up way past my bedtime to finish it and I one clicked the other two in the series before I finally let myself sleep.
I absolutely fell in love with her character. This book is not for the faint of heart and I’m guessing it’s going to get a bad wrap, but I truly hope folks give this author a chance.
I was very thoroughly impressed with this story and am very much looking forward to finishing Faith’s journey, but be warned if you need trigger warnings don’t read this one.
